Q - How can our winery get involved with IPNC?
A – IPNC accepts samples in the fall. All submissions are due by December 1 (no exceptions). Samples for the 2008 IPNC must be from the 2005 or 2006 vintage. Each winery may only submit ONE sample (2 bottles) of their Pinot noir. In order to be considered, wines must be finished and bottled and the wine tasted in, if selected, must be the same wine poured during the event. Many factors are taken into account, such as quality, region, diversity, participation history, size, and our particular program for the year. A winery must produce at least 500 cases (total production) of Pinot noir to be considered. Be sure to include contact information with your submission so that the IPNC may follow up with you in January after the selection process has completed.
Please send submissions to:

Q – How can my organization become a sponsor for IPNC?
A – Though we receive many generous donations of time and product, the IPNC does not receive any financial contributions from any sponsors.
Q: What should I pack to wear during the weekend?
A: Shorts and T-shirts are fine for Oregon’s sunny summer days.
A light jacket is recommended for outdoor dining in our cooler evenings.
Q: Where should I stay?
