We are honored to unveil the exciting lineup of featured wineries for the 2009 IPNC! Richard Sanford, of Alma Rosa Winery, will be among 15 featured wineries from California. They will be joined by premier Pinot producers from Australia, Austria, Alsace, Burgundy, Champagne, New Zealand, Washington and Oregon. You may see photos and read the biographies of all 60 of our featured wineries at the IPNC website.
"The IPNC is a fantastic event, bringing together Oregon's Pinot Noir producers with some high caliber international guest wineries for a weekend of serious tasting and some pretty serious dining."

Featured winemakers and a few very lucky IPNC guests will compete for the prestigious title of IPNC Pétanque Champions. The game of pétanque is a form of French boules, often compared to the Italian game of bocce. Players stand with their feet together in a small circle and toss metal balls as close as possible to a small wooden ball called a cochonnet. The good folks at the Portland Pétanque Club have offered to help run our inaugural IPNC Pétanque in the Park Tournament. If you are interested in playing alongside featured winemakers and fellow IPNC guests, send us an email at info@ipnc.org. We will draw names out of a hat at Opening Ceremonies to determine this year’s Pétanque teams. Allez! |
