Throughout the IPNC weekend, over 50 Northwest chefs will craft inspired courses for you to savor alongside Pinot noir from around the world. This dynamite collaboration of Northwest chefs, farmers and winemakers is part of what makes the IPNC experience unique and memorable.

We invite you to view photos and biographies of the 2009 IPNC Featured Chefs on our website.

If you are interested in an in-depth, behind-the-scenes view of IPNC cuisine, pick up a copy of the May/June issue of Northwest Palate Magazine.

To welcome IPNC guests to the area, many Oregon wineries host dinners on the Thursday evening prior to the IPNC. These intimate gatherings are a fabulous kick-off to the IPNC weekend. A list of Pre-IPNC dinners may be found on our website. If you would like to attend one of these dinners, please contact the host wineries directly to make reservations.

The next 25 people to register for the IPNC full weekend will have their names entered into a drawing for two FREE tickets to the ¡Salud! Benefit Dinner featuring IPNC Master of Ceremonies, Jancis Robinson.
