We are excited to see you at the 2009 IPNC! If you haven’t already secured your tickets for the IPNC full weekend, there is still time! Exciting seminars, rosé lunches, alfresco tastings, and unforgettable meals await you. Join Master of Ceremonies Jancis Robinson, Comte de Vogüé’s François Millet, and over 60 international Pinot producers for three days of utter enjoyment in Oregon wine country. For those of you who are unable to attend the full weekend, there are still tickets remaining for Sunday’s Passport to Pinot, Oregon’s largest outdoor Pinot tasting. All 60 featured wineries will pour their Pinots to be enjoyed alongside dishes from over 12 of Oregon’s top chefs. To register, please visit www.ipnc.org or call 800.775.IPNC.

We are pleased to announce that the ¡Salud! Photo Booth Fundraiser will be returning for this year’s Salmon Bake. Photographers John Fenger and Jessica Tomforde will once again donate their beloved photo booth (and hopefully costumes) for a night of fun and fundraising in honor of ¡Salud!.

Just a few tickets are left for this year’s Salmon Bake! Cellared Pinot noir from around the world will accompany an extravagant outdoor buffet designed by guest chefs Ben Dyer, David Kreifels and Jason Owens (Simpatica), Mark Hosack (Gracie’s), and Jason Stoller Smith (The Dundee Bistro), and followed by an extraordinary array of hand-crafted desserts prepared by Chef-Instructors Charles Drabkin and Traci Edlin and their talented students (Edmonds Community College). After dinner, enjoy the finest in vaudeville jazz from local Portland favorite, The Stolen Sweets

Please remember to bring comfortable shoes to wear on campus, as well as during your Vineyard Tour & Winery Lunch. We also suggest bringing a light sweater as the evenings can be quite cool in Oregon. Of course, dancing shoes are recommended for the Salmon Bake!

Please note the new locations for the Opening Ceremonies (on the Riley Hall Lawn) and Registration (on the north side of Riley Hall). Sparkling Brunch has also found a new home on the Intramural field. Click here for a daily schedule and locations.

For information on driving directions, airport shuttles, local shuttles, wine country tours, and other tourism details, please visit the IPNC Travel page.

We look forward to seeing you in a couple weeks!
