Annual Reunion of Pinot Fans and Foodies

Over the years the IPNC has earned a world-wide reputation for being as much of a food event as it is a wine event. In fact, many chefs refer to it as CHEFS' CAMP since it is truly an annual reunion of the finest chefs in the northwest.

As a showcase for the region’s famed farm-to-table cuisine, IPNC attendees enjoy the pleasure of savoring plate after plate of produce and proteins from local farms, many of which are located within miles of the event. There is something very special going on here in Oregon and we are thrilled to share it with guests from near and far.

"One of the most remarkable gastronomic experiences I've had." - Jamie Goode at WineAnorak.com
