Guests looking to further their University of Pinot studies are encouraged to attend one of our two "Post-Grad" seminars. These seminars are held from 4:30-5:30PM on Friday and Saturday. Unlike the University of Pinot courses that take place earlier in the afternoon, these Post-Grad seminars do require additional tuition due to the very limited quantities of the wines being presented. Tickets are sold to full weekend guests on a first-come, first-served basis and seating is extremely limited.

Add-On #1: A Life in Wine: Jacques Lardière
After 42 years, Jacques Lardière is retiring from Maison Louis Jadot, but not before bringing us an unbelievable vertical tasting, starting with with the lovely 1989 vintage and ending with 2005. Do not miss this opportunity to meet an amazing man and taste highlights of his career as one of the pre-eminent figures in Burgundy. Hosted by Alder Yarrow. $150. Reserve tickets.

Add-On #2: Icons of the New World: Hanzell & Adelsheim
It takes a unique personality to be a pioneer: strong-willed, hard-working and an ability to put self-doubt on hold while living one's dreams. You will see how these personality traits carry over into the wines as John Haeger, David Adelsheim, Dave Paige and Michael McNeill lead you through library selections from the historic Hanzell and Adelsheim Vineyards. $150. Reserve tickets.
