While the IPNC enjoys a reputation for bringing together the finest Pinot noir producers from around the globe, attendees also have the pleasure of reveling in glorious cuisine created by the biggest names in food from around the region. This year's event features more than 50 chefs from Oregon and Washington showcasing the abundant and impressive ingredients grown, raised and crafted in the Pacific Northwest. Starting with breakfast buffets groaning with local berries, farm eggs, artisan baked goods, fresh butter and preserves to evening feasts of wild fish and game, glorious produce and abundant wine, the meals at IPNC are an attraction unto themselves.
Breakfasts
Served buffet-style on the lawn, guests enjoy an array of freshly baked pastries, local berries and fruit, farm eggs and breakfast meats alongside fresh juice, Stumptown Coffee and Smith Tea.

Your on-campus day features a leisurely alfresco lunch cooked by a trio of award-winning chefs and paired with a global array of wines.
Winery Lunches
Always a guest favorite, winery lunches partner a host winery with a guest chef, creating a unique dining experience at each secret location.
Grand Dinner
Dine under the stars while enjoying a grand, four-course meal from a stellar line up of Oregon chefs, accompanied by select library wines and Featured Winery offerings.
The Salmon Bake
The lantern lit Oak Grove creates a magical setting for a feast of Northwest favorites, including salmon cooked on alder stakes over an open fire, grilled meats, a gorgeous array of salads and sides and a remarkable dessert buffet followed by dancing to live music under the stars. And Pinot noir. Lots and lots of Pinot noir.
The Sparkling Brunch
A festive close to the full weekend, the Sparkling Finale pairs a bountiful buffet of brunch favorites with Pinot noir-based sparkling wines, fresh juices, Stumptown Coffee and Smith Tea.
