IPNC & ¡Salud! Co-host Pre-IPNC Benefit Dinner
It is a long-standing tradition for Oregon wineries to host pre-IPNC dinners on Thursday evening to kick-off the IPNC weekend. We are proud to co-host an intimate ¡Salud! Benefit Dinner with renowned winemakers from France, Oregon and California. Chef Cathy Whims of Portland’s Nostrana will create a multi-course menu paired with wines from Jacques Lardière of Maison Louis Jadot, Milla Handley of Handley Cellars, and Donna Morris and Bill Sweat of Winderlea Vineyard & Winery.

There are also many other exciting Thursday evening dinners to choose from. For a complete list of pre-IPNC dinners and reservation details, please visit our website. We continue to add more dinners and details daily, so check back often!
