Last Call for Add-On Seminars
Only a handful of tickets remain for two exclusive late afternoon tastings taking place during the IPNC. These seminars are offered to full weekend guests and are held from 4:30-5:30PM on Friday and Saturday. Unlike the University of Pinot courses that take place earlier in the afternoon, these seminars do require additional tuition due to the very limited quantities of the wines being presented.
Add-On #1: Icons of the New World: Hanzell & Adelsheim
It takes a unique personality to be a pioneer: strong-willed, hard-working and an ability to put self-doubt on hold while living one's dreams. You will see how these personality traits carry over into the wines as David Adelsheim, Dave Paige and Michael McNeill lead you through library selections from the historic Hanzell and Adelsheim Vineyards. Vintages to be tasted include a 1987, 1993 and 2005 from Adelsheim and a 1986, 1994 and 2003 from Hanzell. Hosted by John Haeger. $150. Reserve tickets.
Add-On #2: A Life in Wine: Jacques Lardiere
After 42 years, Jacques Lardiere is retiring from Maison Louis Jadot, but not before bringing us an unbelievable vertical tasting, starting with the lovely 1989 vintage and ending with 2005. Do not miss this opportunity to meet an amazing man and taste highlights of his career as one of the pre-eminent figures in Burgundy. Hosted by Alder Yarrow. $150. Reserve tickets.
