Now in its 29th year, the International Pinot Noir Celebration is held the last full weekend of July in McMinnville, Oregon. The event offers Pinot noir consumers and industry members the chance to enjoy an unparalleled selection of Pinot noir from around the world via a full schedule of seminars, walkaround tastings, winery tours, and unforgettable meals prepared by top Northwest chefs. With the exception of a vineyard and winery tour, the IPNC is held on the beautiful and historic Linfield College campus. McMinnville is an easy hour drive southwest of Portland in the heart of Oregon wine country.

The IPNC offers three ticket options for guests to choose from: The Full Weekend (Friday-Sunday), Salmon Bake (Saturday evening), and the Sunday Passport to Pinot. See below for more information on our ticket options.To purchase tickets, navigate to our Online Store.

THE FULL WEEKEND, Friday Morning to Noon Sunday (July 24-26)           
Full Weekend guests arrive Friday morning of July 24th, 2015, for three days of tastings, seminars, vineyard tours and meals. Throughout the weekend, guests have the chance to taste the wines from our 70+ Featured Wineries and get to know the winemakers themselves. Highly regarded as one of the world’s finest wine events, the IPNC also is praised as a showcase for the Northwest’s famed farm-to-table cuisine. This year, more than 60 chefs from the region’s most revered restaurants will cook for IPNC guests over the course of the weekend. 

The 2015 IPNC Full Weekend Ticket includes:

Along with the winemakers, speakers and chefs, it is the relaxing and festive atmosphere that sets the IPNC apart from all other wine events. Whether tasting Grand Cru Burgundy or walking through Oregon vineyards with the grower who planted them, guests find themselves unwinding in picturesque Oregon wine country for what Eric Asimov, wine writer for the New York Times, describes as “one of those rare wine gatherings that works on every level”.

PASSPORT TO PINOT, Sunday Afternoon (July 26)
A condensed version of the IPNC, the Sunday Passport to Pinot offers guests a chance to taste through all 74 Pinot noir wines from our Featured Wineries! The Passport to Pinot takes place in the beautiful Oak Grove of Linfield College, providing a wonderful setting for this relaxed outdoor tasting. In addition to 74 wineries, 15 local Northwest chefs will be preparing culinary treats to pair with your Pinot. The IPNC will also be pouring a selection of aged Pinot noir from our library. Unlike the Salmon Bake, the Passport to Pinot is not included for Full Weekend Guests. It is considered a seperate event from the Full Weekend festivities and attracts a seperate crowd of 500 Pinot noir fans.

THE NORTHWEST SALMON BAKE, Saturday Evening (July 25)           
A long-standing tradition of the IPNC, the Salmon Bake dramatically showcases wild salmon roasted on alder stakes over a huge custom-built fire pit. Guests bask in the warm glow of a lantern lit Oak Grove where cellared Pinot noir and wines from around the world accompany an extravagant outdoor buffet designed by local chefs. Enjoy an extraordinary assortment of hand-crafted desserts. After dinner, relax to music and dancing under the stars. The majority of Salmon Bake tickets are reserved for Full Weekend ticketholders. Remaining space to the Salmon Bake is released via a la carte Salmon Bake tickets, which will be made available in spring.
