
Q: WHAT DOES A FULL WEEKEND REGISTRATION TICKET INCLUDE?
A: A full weekend ticket includes admission to all of the seminars, tastings, meals, bus tours, and other activities on Friday and Saturday, as well as the Finale Brunch on Sunday. Each full weekend registration includes a ticket to the Saturday night Salmon Bake. This ticket does not include admission to the Sunday afternoon Passport to Pinot tasting. You may purchase tickets to both the three-day event and Passport to Pinot. Please note, however, all the wines served on Sunday will have been served during the Alfresco tastings throughout the full weekend.

Q: WHAT DOES A PASSPORT TO PINOT TICKET INCLUDE?
A: The Passport to Pinot is a "pocket-sized version" of the three-day weekend. The ticket price of $125 includes a tasting of 60 wines poured for you by the Featured Winemakers, food prepared by our Guest Chefs, and a commemorative IPNC logo glass.

Q: CAN I PURCHASE A PARTIAL PASS TO THE EVENT?
A: You may only purchase a full weekend ticket or a ticket to the Passport to Pinot. IPNC does not sell a partial and/or one day pass at this time.
Q: I AM HAVING TROUBLE OPENING THE REGISTRATION FORM. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
A: Not to worry. Most likely your Adobe Reader just doesn't like talking to your web browser.
First, make sure that you have the free Adobe Reader installed on your PC or Mac. Then, go to the Mail/Fax Registration page. Instead of clicking the Registration Form link, RIGHT CLICK (Control + Click for Mac) the link and choose "Save Target As" or "Save Link As" (depending on your browser). Choose where you'd like the Registration Form to be downloaded and hit "Save". After it downloads launch Adobe Reader and then choose, "File > Open". Navigate to the folder where you saved the Registration Form and open it.

Q: HOW CAN I FIND OUT IF TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT?
A: Check the home page of the website or call the IPNC office directly.
Q: WHEN WILL THE IPNC PROCESS MY PAYMENT?
A: Within a few days of receipt of your form and payment. If tickets are sold out when we receive your form, we will add your name to our wait list. In the event of a wait list, we will not process your payment unless a place opens up for you in the future, in which case we'll give you a call to confirm you are still able to attend.
Q: AFTER SENDING IN MY REGISTRATION FORM, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION?
A: Most tickets are confirmed within a few days. During very busy periods (around the beginning of March), it may take up to two weeks.
Q: CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS TO PASSPORT TO PINOT WITHOUT BUYING TICKETS TO THE ENTIRE WEEKEND?
A: Yes. These tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis until they are sold out.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
A: Cancellations received after purchase date are charged
a 25% fee. Cancellations after June 15 are non-refundable.
