Craftsmanship is something that winemaker Ken Pahlow and chef Jason Francis French both believe strongly in. Jason practices the art traditional, small batch, craft cookery. He takes the time to source each of his products and is committed the best ingredients. Similarly, Ken works with a thoughtful selection of growers that believe in quality farming and community. In the winery, Ken believes that his job is to create wines that show character of site and personality of vintage, translating the incredible work that went into growing the fruit. For both of these men, sustainability goes much farther than farming, it reaches into the winery and the kitchen, speaking of the craftsmanship and conviviality within their communities.
